Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for NZD 30 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 4 years old and over stay for NZD 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important Information
Please inform Rotorua Coachman Spa Motel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that reception hours are as follows: Monday- Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 Weekends & public holidays: 9:00 - 18:00 (19:00 summer time) For guests who expect to arrive at the property after 19:00 pm are requested to inform the hotel in advance to arrange the key collection, Key will be put in the 'Late check-in Lockbox' and lockbox code will be given on the phone or by text message. Please note that there is a 4% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with any other credit card. Please note for bookings of 3 or more rooms or on Public Holidays, different policies and additional charges may apply.
